File Search Agent

This section aims to clarify the process and provide guidance on how to effectively leverage Ema's Search Agent.

Vector databases are specialized systems designed to store and retrieve high-dimensional vectors, which are numerical representations of data such as text, images, or audio. These vectors enable efficient similarity searches, allowing for quick retrieval of data points that are semantically related.

The search agent in GWE supports multiple knobs that can directly impact the outcome of the workflow. Some of these parameters are also directly parameters in the Vertex Search API.

Analysing The Use Case

Testing and training 

At a workspace level, Ema supports the following permission tiers:

User Management: Admins invite other users and change their permission tiers.

AI Employee creation and management: Admins can create new AI Employees using GWE or using existing templates.

AI Employee usage: Guests can view the configuration of AI Employees (including uploaded files, configured links and instructions) and use AI Employees that they have explicity been provided access to.

At an AI Employee, Ema supports the following permission tiers:

AI Employee Admin: All workspace admins are AI Employee Admins by default.
